Ideally situated close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), The Square Shopping Centre, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line The Square Stop.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The Host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room is €150 per week (single) & €170 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
