Ideally situated close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), Tallaght Village Centre, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop and there are also several bus routes close by (27 / 77 / 77X / 54A / 65)

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100).

The rate for the room is €175 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
