Ideally located close to ITT, The Square Town Centre, Tallaght Hospital and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line and several bus routes.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, refuse, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €125 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
