Ideally located close to TU Dublin, Tallaght Hospital and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

The host will seen 1 weeks security deposit that is refunded when leaving the house. 

The rate for the room is €200 per week and it is paid every week in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
