Ideally situated close to Grange Castle Business Campus, Clondalkin Village, and only a short stroll to several bus routes linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond (route numbers 13 / 68 / 151 / W4).

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €175 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
