Ideally located close to Clondalkin Village, Park West & Grange Castle Business Campus, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Red Cow Stop. Several buses only minutes walk to the house bringing you to Dublin City Centre in less than 30 minutes (Dublin Bus Routes 13, 69 & 151)

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €140 per week (single) & €160 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
